Ventilated Facade
Docentilor Iroko Residence
Bucharest2016
About the project
A boutique residential building in Bucharest where exotic wood becomes the signature of the architecture. Ventilated facades in Iroko and Ayous, fine-batten brise-soleils and wood-clad soffits create strong graphic lines that stand out best against the sky. The wood continues inside, where an Iroko portal frames the lift entrance and links the lobby to the building's exterior expression.
