About the project
A contemporary urban house in Cluj-Napoca where the warmth of Ayous wood contrasts with exposed brick and raw concrete. The ventilated facade, built with the Techniclic system from vertical Ayous boards, wraps the ground floor and the main entrance, creating a generous, welcoming approach. Inside, the oak herringbone flooring in light natural tones unifies the dynamic, colourful rooms, while the solid wood staircase carries the same material language across every level - a residence with a strong personality and exceptional finishes.
