Varsoviei 6 Residence
Bucharest2021·200 sqm terrace
About the project
A boutique residential development in Bucharest, where exotic Teak wood covers the rooftop terraces and decorates the main facade in combination with natural stone. The Teak decking on the penthouse terrace, with its solid batten pergola and central fire pit, creates an urban relaxation space of rare elegance. The vertical Teak cladding on the facade, set into the stone grid, adds warmth and character to an otherwise mineral volume.
